Dr. Phillips has been my dentist for over 30 years and the care and service I receive is always first rate. This visit was no exception!

I'm a big fan of Dr. Phillips, he has a deep knowledge of the comparative benefits of many different treatment options, and has helped me to make some good choices that have help up well over the years.

Dr. Cooper has been my dentist now for years and hopefully will remain to be my dentist. If you like someone with a lite touch and want to avoid pain, Dr. Cooper is the one, no matter what procedure you're having from cavity, root canal or implant his touch and pain resistance is his top priority. The entire staff are friendly and always greet with a smile and very comforting. I've consider them my dental family, just a great group!

I came in to get a chipped tooth fix and had an amazing time while at the office. I get anxious while in dentist office but the staff was very friendly and explained everything that would be done and answered all my questions enthusiastically. Angel completed a scaling for me and was so attentive and wonderful throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend this to place enough!!

Dr. Phillips has been my dentist for over 25 years.. He keeps up with all of the latest procedures and techniques. He takes time to talk with me about the latest dental advances and techniques. Yesterday, what I thought was a replacement for a filling turned into a crown. Dr. Phillips showed me the cracked tooth and explained why a crown was the only way to go. Kudos, too, to his staff.

Awesome people from checkin to cleaning to dental work. I have been client for over 20 years due to the people and the expertise of Dr. Phillips. My biggest fear is Dr. Phillips retiring. 🤯. This time was oral surgery, and while not a fun experience I trusted Dr. Phillips and his staff to take good care of a difficult patient, and they delivered once again.

I have been seeing Dr. Cooper and his staff for over 10 years. They are excellent! Very professional and friendly. They have great, state of the art solutions and they really listen to your needs. Best of all I am never in any pain during a treatment. Thank you!!

Good experience. Dr Cooper and his staff are very friendly and efficient. I thought Dr Cooper would just consult the first appointment, but he was prepared to actually do the cosmetic restoration work on the first visit, which I greatly appreciated. He listened carefully to my needs and the work appears to be excellent.

Dr. Phillips is amazing! He has a broad understanding of dental health, and shows a genuine interest in his patients, and has great patience--combined with his outstanding communication skills, this really put me at ease. He also receives my vote for the most ethical dentist I have ever met and has earned my trust. The staff is also fantastic--talented, super friendly, and helpful!

I've had to change dentists several times unfortunately and this is the best dental care I've received; they are transparent and the hygienists are top notch professionals who empower you in a supportive and helpful way. I've been a patient for years and have referred several friends and will continue to as long as I'm in DC!

Dr. Cooper and the Phillips practice are the most skilled and professional dentists I have ever had. I have had silver fillings removed and replaced on two occasions, and have had cleanings and other maintenance, and have been pleased with every stage of the operation. Dr. Cooper got rid of food traps caused by a crown not fitting tightly enough. All my teeth now feel solid and clean.

I have been a patient of Dr Phillips for more than 25 years. From the front desk to the procedure room my experience has been great each and every time. The hygienist is always cheerful and welcoming and Dr Phillips is always calm, taking the time to explain everything that is going - whether its a routine check or something more complex. I've been a patient of Dr. Phillips and his care team for about 25 years. They have always been cheerful and ready on time for scheduled appointments, and able to fit me in when things go wrong after hours. In all that time I have seen only two hygienists, changing (to Mariza) only after the first retired. There seems to be almost zero staff turnover; everyone is happy to work together in the practice.
 
Dr. Phillips has a calm, easy manner and always explains treatment options well. I never feel that I am being "sold" a procedure. Dr. Phillips lets me know what to expect so I am not anxious during procedures. I used to hate visits to the dentist but every visit to Dr. Phillips and his team has been a pleasure.
 
I have made three visits during Covid and haven't caught anything. The office protocols are very thorough and I don't worry about getting sick.

Dr. Phillips and his hygienist Tran are both excellent. I moved here 5 years ago and found them so good that since then both my adult sons, and one with his family have all enjoyed the practice, using it for everything from Invisalign to the usual routine dentistry. Strongly recommend.

Today I had another commendable visit with Dr. Phillips. He quickly diagnosed my problem and relieved me of the pain that kept me up all night. He invoked an ingenious simple solution. I then presented him with another unplanned challenge which took longer to resolve but was resolved before I left the office. Thank you so very much Dr. Phillips.

Dr. Phillips and his staff are excellent. They make going to the dentist a pleasure. I am a loyal patient of forty years and I have never been disappointed in the care I get. In addition the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

As usual, dental care at Dr Russell Phillips was EXCELLENT. Marissa did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and making suggestions to reduce plaque. Dr Phillips did a fine exam of my teeth/gums and caring for a crown! None better!

I’ve been with Dr Phillips for over 8 years and each and every visit he and his team take the best care of me. Dr Phillips takes time to explain what is going on and what needs to be done and also takes time to listen about my concerns. I love how he is constantly keeping up to date with latest technology and dental treatments attending conferences and workshops to ensure his patients get the best of what’s available right now. His bedside manners are impeccable and very caring. His cleaning team just the same, giving the best treatment each and every time.

Dr Phillips is one of the most informed, professional and personable members of the medical profession I have had the opportunity to meet. So good is Dr Phillips, I travel from Florida for my dental care by his office.

Nearly 20 years, had to search long and hard for a dentist and chose Dr. Cooper based on a recommendation from a friend, which I’ll forever be grateful. Needless to say, I have the highest respect for him and his staff. You can’t find a more competent dentist with such high integrity and professionalism.

I was scheduled for my usual 6 month "maintenance", which was completed by the pleasant hygienist. Dr Cooper examined a growth on my tongue and asked if I wanted it removed. He did the procedure right then, without me having to schedule another appointment. The procedure went well and I await the results of the biopsy. Thanks for the good care.

Russ Phillips is the best dentist in Washington - period. I’ve been going to him for 30 years for procedures both major and minor, and both his technical capabilities and the intangible qualities are first rate.

Excellent touch and thorough. I am pathologically terrified of dental treatments even if necessary and thus avoid them. Dr. Cooper is patient explains treatment options patiently and succinctly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper and his associates for over 20 years (my husband has been with Dr. Philips for over 40 years) and we have always had state-of-the-art care. The practice is efficient, up to date on latest techniques and equipment, while being friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Great team, friendly and welcoming. Angel is awesome, very good at putting you at ease and staying as gentle as possible while being thorough in tough spots. Dr. Cooper has a good sense of humor which also puts you at ease while in an uncomfortable situation. Highly recommend especially to people with dental anxiety.

I've been going to his office fir so long I would be distraught if I had to find another dentist with the caliber and expertise that Dr. Cooper's office provides... I highly recommend.

Dr. Cooper has been my dentist for 30 years and I heartily recommend him. Because of his excellent preventative care, my teeth are still in great shape while many of my family and friends of similar age have needed expensive dental surgery like implants for their failing teeth. Dr. Cooper offered me sealants and post scaling laser treatments years before anyone else, and I am convinced that the small additional cost for these treatments saved me money in the long run. Angel is my “go-to” hygienist and she is absolutely outstanding! I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned.

Even though I have moved about an hour away, I have not changed to a different dentist because I like these folks so much. They are very nice, as well as very skilled. I would recommend them highly.
